What is the Plantar Fascia and Plantar fasciitis?


Its the band of tissue that runs under the foot, from the heel to the toes. When it becomes strained this is called Plantar fasciitis. Plantar Fasciitis is commonly felt in the heel and or mid foot and is usually worse in the morning. There are many different causes of plantar fasciitis and once yours has been determined , the correct treatment can be applied.
